Bench Press 5 x 5 @ 73%. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

Barbell Rows 4 x 8-10. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Adjust load as needed

Push Ups or Dips 50-100 total reps

Wednesday

Back Squat 3 x 5 @ 63%

Strict Standing Overhead Press 4 x 6 @ 73%

Chin Ups or Pull Ups 25-50 total reps

Friday

Back Squat 3 x 3 @ 83%

Bench Press 3 x 3 @ 83%

Deadlift 3 x 3 @ 83%

Deadlift 1 x 5 @ 73%
