Chins 25-50 total reps
Friday
Medium Squat 5 x 5 @ 70%
Heavy Bench Press 3 x 3 @ 85%
Deadlift 1 x 3 @ 85%
Deadlift 3 x 5 @ (3 sets of 5 reps)
